4. Ordering

Orders can be placed through:

  • our online store,
  • email,
  • telephone contact.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

After completing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

If you do not receive an order confirmation:

  • check your spam/junk folder,
  • contact us at hello@serells.se.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:

  • obvious pricing errors,
  • technical errors,
  • unavailable products,
  • suspected incorrect information.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the shipping provider within:

2–5 business days

after the order has been received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, processing times may be extended.

We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products from Sweden to customers within Sweden and the European Union.

Shipping providers:

  • DHL
  • PostNord

The shipping method is selected depending on:

  • product size,
  • weight,
  • destination country.

PostNord Delivery

Smaller shipments may be sent with PostNord.

Delivery is normally:

  • directly to the customer's mailbox where possible,
  • otherwise according to PostNord's delivery procedures.

For business deliveries, the customer must provide an accessible delivery point or mailbox.

DHL Delivery

Larger or heavier shipments are normally sent with DHL.

This includes, for example:

  • growing trays,
  • hemp growing mats,
  • hemp rolls,
  • larger quantities of growing media.

Delivery may be made to:

  • business address,
  • DHL service point,
  • according to DHL delivery conditions.

7. Estimated Delivery Time

After the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the estimated delivery time is normally:

4–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country,
  • local delivery conditions,
  • weekends,
  • public holidays,
  • carrier handling times.

The stated delivery time is an estimate.

Serells.se cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the shipment has been transferred to DHL or PostNord.

8. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is correct.

9. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Serells.se cannot be held responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

10. Payment

Kustom Checkout

We use Kustom Checkout as our payment solution.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

For invoice payments, a standard credit assessment may be performed.

Business Payments via Billie

Business customers may choose payment through Billie.

Billie provides business payment solutions in several European countries.

Invoices and payment information are managed through the customer's Billie account.

Business Customers and Resellers

Companies and resellers with a valid company registration number may, after agreement, be invoiced through our accounting system:

Fortnox

This applies mainly to:

  • larger orders,
  • recurring business customers,
  • wholesale customers.

Orders by Email or Telephone

For orders placed outside the online store, payment terms are agreed before shipment.

Payment may be made by:

  • bank transfer,
  • invoice after agreement,
  • other agreed payment methods.

11. Prices and VAT

All prices shown on Serells.se are displayed according to applicable VAT rules.

Private customers within Sweden see prices including VAT unless otherwise stated.

For EU business customers, VAT may be handled according to applicable EU VAT regulations when a valid VAT identification number is provided.

We reserve the right to correct:

  • pricing errors,
  • technical errors,
  • incorrect information.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a person appointed by the customer, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us before the withdrawal period expires.

13. Returns

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned:

  • unused,
  • in substantially unchanged condition,
  • safely packaged.

The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The customer should include:

  • order number,
  • name,
  • contact information,
  • reason for return (optional but helpful).

14. Refunds

When a valid withdrawal request has been approved, we will refund payments received from the customer.

The refund includes the original standard delivery cost where required by applicable consumer legislation.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after:

  • we have received the returned goods, or
  • the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

15. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are legally exempt, including:

  • products manufactured according to customer specifications,
  • specially customized products,
  • products where the nature of the goods prevents return according to applicable law.

16. Complaints and Warranty Claims

If a product is defective or does not correspond to the order, customers may submit a complaint according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

A complaint should include:

  • order number,
  • description of the problem,
  • photographs if applicable.

We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the complaint.

Approved complaints will be handled according to applicable legislation.

17. Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately after receiving it.

If the package or product has been damaged during transport:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging.
  2. Photograph the damaged product.
  3. Keep the packaging until the matter has been resolved.
  4. Contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • order number,
  • photographs,
  • description of the damage.

We will investigate the matter together with the shipping provider and assist with the next steps.
