We provide products including:
- growing trays and cultivation accessories
- hemp growing mats and growing media

2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our online store or by contacting us directly by phone or email.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If you do not receive an order confirmation:
- check your spam/junk folder,
- contact us and we will assist you.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as obvious pricing errors, technical errors, or unavailable products.
3. Delivery Time
Our normal delivery time is approximately 5 –6 business days after the order has been processed.
If delays occur, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using PostNord or DHL, depending on product size, weight, and destination.
PostNord Letterbox Delivery
Smaller shipments may be sent as postal delivery.
Delivery is normally made:
- directly to the customer's mailbox when possible,
- otherwise according to PostNord's delivery procedures.
Business deliveries require an accessible mailbox or delivery point.
DHL Shipping
Larger or heavier products are normally shipped with DHL.
This applies, for example, to:
- growing trays,
- hemp mats,
- hemp rolls,
- larger quantities of growing media.
Delivery is made to a DHL service point or business address according to DHL's shipping conditions.
5. Payment
Kustom Checkout
We use Kustom Checkout as our payment solution.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
For invoice payments, a standard credit assessment may be performed.
Business Payments via Billie
Business customers may choose payment through Billie.
Billie provides business payment solutions in several European countries.
Invoices and payment information are managed through the customer's Billie account.
Business Customers and Resellers
Companies and resellers with a valid company registration number may, after agreement, be invoiced through our accounting system Fortnox.
This mainly applies to larger orders and recurring business customers.
Orders by Phone or Email
For orders placed outside the online store, payment terms are agreed before delivery.
Payment is normally made by:
- bank transfer,
- Swish (Swedish customers),
- invoice after agreement.

6. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on Serells.se include VAT for private customers within Sweden unless otherwise stated.
For business customers within the EU, VAT may be handled according to applicable EU VAT rules when a valid VAT number is provided.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, technical errors, or incorrect information.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Private consumers within the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases according to applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products must be unused, in substantially unchanged condition, and properly packaged.
The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are legally exempt, such as customised or specially produced items.
8. Complaints and Warranty Claims
If a product is defective, customers may submit a complaint according to applicable consumer protection laws.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue and describe the problem.
Photos may be requested to help us evaluate the complaint.
Approved complaints will be handled according to applicable legislation.
9. Transport Damage
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If the package or product has been damaged during transport, the damage must be documented with photographs before the product is used.
Please provide:
- photos of the outer packaging,
- photos showing the damage,
- order number,
- description of the issue.
We will investigate the matter with the shipping provider and provide further instructions.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, handling times may be extended.
